A forum for small business owners and staff to network, learn, and do business together.
Join us every second Tuesday of the month for networking, 30-second commercials, and a member-led discussion. The topic changes each month and addresses current issues that impact our lives and businesses/careers.
Laura Gaffney, Healthy and Free, will discuss Healthy Habits for the Holidays. You'll learn how to put yourself first by managing stress, maintaining energy, and staying on track with your health goals, even in the midst of holiday chaos. And, you'll discover simple strategies to avoid holiday weight gain and set yourself up for success in the New Year.
These meetings are open to all Chamber members and new attendees are always welcome! Please register.
