Generation Z aka Zoomers is bringing new expectations around communication, technology, career growth, and workplace culture. This practical presentation will help small business owners understand what motivates Zoomer employees and identify realistic strategies to attract, engage, and retain them. Participants will learn how to improve communication, feedback, and mentorship to maximize productivity.
Participants will be able to:
- Understand Gen Z's workplace expectations - identify the values, communication preferences, motivators, and career expectations influencing Gen Z employees.
- Create a more engaging employee experience & improve Gen Z retention - apply strategies related to onboarding, feedback, mentoring, recognition, flexibility, and professional development to increase engagement, support career growth, and create stronger reasons for Gen Z employees to stay.
