Annual Planning is the most important time of the year. It’s when great leaders climb the tree to see where they’ve been and map a course for where they are going next. As we enter the last quarter of 2020, it's time to assess the current state of the world around us, make adjustments to plans, and set our businesses up for greater success in 2021.
