Event Description:
This free Family Caregiver Conference is designed for non-professional family caregivers who are supporting someone with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia. Attendees will hear a local caregiver's story, and learn about legal issues, activities of daily living and managing caregiver stress. Check-In, Coffee & Connect with Community Resources begins at 9:30 AM and a boxed lunch will be provided at 12:15 pm.
