Topics to be covered in the six-week interactive training program include:

  • Basic Governance/Role of the Board/Vital Role of Engagement/CEO & Board
  • Understanding Strategic Planning
  • Fundamentals of Fundraising for Boards
  • Financial Oversight for Boards
  • Measure impact and outcomes
