Kristen Feden concentrates her practice on corporate compliance, SEC enforce-ment, and employment discrimination. Prior to joining the firm, she was Assistant District Attorney in the Trials Division of the Montgomery County District Attor-ney’s Office. Her most notable case was Commonwealth v. William H. Cosby, where she played a critical role in both trials.
