- Ethan O'Shea, Esq., Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association's Employment Law Committee - Consideration for a business mandated vaccine. Employers are wondering if they are able to require that their employees receive the vaccine, and if so, must they make exceptions for employees under certain circumstances? In addition, even if a mandatory vaccination policy is legally permissible, should employers enact this policy?
