Additionally, an inclusive environment fosters higher engagement which can boost productivity, increase profitability, and reduce staff turnover.

Aneesah has over 12 years’ experience in social justice advocacy and activism as a national speaker and educator. Additionally, Aneesah is a serial Entrepreneur advocating for small and black-owned businesses. She holds a BS in Health Education and an MS in Counseling/Higher Education.
