All Chamber members are encouraged to join us for our monthly membership meeting. Updates and announcements will be followed by a timely presentation and Q & A. 

Topic: Getting Around Montco presented by Jacqui Baxter-Rollins and Lucas Oshman, The Partnership TMA.

Jacqui Baxter-Rollins, MBA joined The Partnership TMA in 2020 as Executive Director. She has 25+ years’ experience of working with several nonprofit organizations. A strong collaborator and visionary leader, she’s developing initiatives to improve transportation options for everyone.



Lucas Oshman is a SEPTA commuter and Program Leader for the Partnership TMA. In 2021 he graduated from Temple University with his Master in Public Policy degree, with focus in transportation and sustainability policy. He’s a keen bicyclist and an advocate for transit equity.
