Phyllis is a graduate of The Catholic University of America where she earned degrees in Accounting and Economics. She received her Executive MBA from the Temple University Fox School of Business where she was awarded the Dean's Certificate of Excellence. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is CAS certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). 

With a 30-year history of strengthening and improving the results of organizations as a Senior Financial Manager and backed by her foundational experience as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in Washington, D.C., Phyllis continues to effectively lead, develop, and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed client's needs. She is an expert in implementing internal financial management reporting systems and is experienced with external bank, government, tax, and audit relationships. Her personal touch with each firm inspires confidence among LBC's clientele and staff. Leading by example, she strives for excellence in the firm's outsourced accounting services and is proud to be a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBENC).
